Unfortunately, no Admirals Quarters is a weekly rental complex only. Our unit rental schedule is Saturday to Saturday. However, if you want to stay longer than 7 days, we can usually make that happen.

You will receive one reserved, covered parking pass and you will also receive a general parking pass that allows parking in any unreserved space on the 1st or 2nd floors.

Yes, a queen size sleeper sofa.

Deposit is 25% of total payment and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

We have four beach chairs and two umbrellas in the balcony closet. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be there or not broken upon your arrival. We ask all our guests to notify us if something gets damaged or broken - but we may need a few days to get a replacement if we are not made aware of damages in advance. If you prefer concierge beach chair service, the on-site beach chair rental company can provide them for a daily or weekly fee.
